  2. We cannot tattoo anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, or under the age of 18.
  3. The studio space is small and we can only accommodate booked clients.
  4. Every client heals differently. No guarantees can be made and results may vary.
  5. Children are not permitted to accompany you to your appointment. We need our full attention on creating your brows.
  6. A booking fee is required to secure an appointment.
  7. Booking fees are forfeited in the case of last-minute cancellation, no-show, or late arrival of more than 20 minutes.
  8. If you are more than 20 minutes late we may not be able to see you that day. We need to be sure there is enough time to do the work properly.
  9. A strict 48-hour cancellation policy is in place. Please email if you need to reschedule.

  1. Ensure any Botox is scheduled for a minimum of three weeks before or two weeks after your appointment.
  2. Stop using retinol and heavy actives (tretinoin, etc.) around the brow area for two weeks before your session.
  3. Stop any blood-thinning medication one week before your appointment (if cleared by your doctor). Avoid aspirin, Advil, Aleve for at least 24 hours before.Tylenol is okay.
  4. Stop fish oil and vitamin E 1 week before your appointment, if possible.
  5. Avoid alcohol for 48 hours before your appointment.
  6. No caffeine the day of your appointment. After is fine.
  7. Avoid sweating heavily the day of your appointment.
  1. Minimal redness, swelling, discomfort, itchiness, and/or tightness is normal. If you have concerns at any point, message Sara on Instagram or email. No question is silly.
  2. Dampen a cotton round or disposable paper towel with warm water and gently dab the brows clean of lymph fluids, plasma, and contaminants 3–5 times a day, then dab dry.
  3. Apply a very thin layer of the herbal salve provided, morning and night, onto clean dry brows for 1–2 weeks. The size of a grain of rice is enough. Less is more.
  4. Keep away from contaminated environments (dust, sand, chemicals, aerosols) for 14 days. Freshly tattooed brows are considered open wounds. They must stay clean.
  5. Avoid water on the brows until scabs have naturally and completely shed off (14 days). Use a cleansing wipe or washcloth to clean around, not on, the area.
  6. At any time, do not peel, scratch, or pick the scabs. This is extremely important. Doing so will result in scarring and loss of pigmentation.
  7. No working out or excessive sweating for 14 days.
  8. Keep your face as dry as possible when washing your hair. Have a clean towel close by to dab any shampoo or water that may drip onto your forehead.
  9. Avoid long, hot, steamy showers as well as steam rooms, saunas, hot tubs, and hot yoga for 14 days.
  10. No face-down massages or facial/laser treatments for 14 days.
  11. No swimming pools while healing, and avoid putting your face in the water for 1 month. Chlorine causes fading.
  12. Try your best to sleep on your back until your brows are fully healed. Sleeping face-down can cause irritation and pigment loss.Side sleepers: a travel neck pillow helps keep brows clear of the pillowcase.
  13. Avoid direct UV/sun exposure during the healing period. Once fully healed, always apply sunscreen to prevent fading.Do not apply sunscreen on freshly tattooed brows.
  14. Avoid makeup, creams, soaps, and serums on or near the treated area for 14 days.
  15. Avoid all actives (retinol, vitamin C, acids) on the brows from this point forward, as they can cause premature fading. Always leave an inch of space around the brow when applying to the rest of your face. This applies for the life of your brows, not just while healing.
/03 — Brow Lift

First 24 hours.

The lift takes about a day to fully set. Keep things simple: three rules, then back to normal life.

Take this seriously, and your brows will thank you for the next two years. If you're ever unsure, send a photo. Sara would rather hear from you than guess.
